Our proposal aims to maximize the recovery of plastic waste by treating it as a valuable resource. We have avoided taking a circular approach throughout the value chain, implementing an efficient model for collecting plastic waste and transforming it into high-quality recycled products.

The approach of our company, SYCO, is based on the creation of an innovative technology capable of recycling and rationally transforming plastic waste (these used hydrocarbons from oil and gas) into non-polluting synthetic fuel in an industrial quantity.

We have developed a solution where plastic waste is subjected to a process of heating, decomposition and reassembly, in order to transform it into high-value products.

One of the major advantages of our technology is its ability to deal with impurities as well as mixtures of different colors and types of plastics. Unlike conventional plastic separation and cleaning methods, which are costly and wasteful, our technology stands out and remains unmatched.

Our solution is based on a dual business model. We receive compensation both for collecting plastic waste and for selling the end products from recycling. Plus, our technology is scalable and can be deployed anywhere. We also enjoy a significant competitive advantage over traditional sources of oil and gas, as we have developed a form of refinery that uses plastic waste as a feedstock. This approach allows us to benefit from remuneration for the acceptance of used plastics, while generating income through the marketing of finished products. In addition, our raw materials are economical, as plastic waste is often considered to have low value, while their disposal represents a high cost. From the customer’s point of view, our main objective is to provide superior quality recycled chemicals, which meet a strong demand in the market while contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.

In summary, our solution is based on a holistic view of managing plastic waste, turning it into a valuable resource and promoting a circular economy. Thanks to our innovative technology and our commendable business model, we are able to offer high quality synthetic fuel, meeting the requirements of the whole while allowing to reduce the carbon footprint.

Our Technology

Our technology is based on the conversion of plastic waste whether biodegradable or non-biodegradable. in hydro fuels.

We recover the vapors in the reactors and in these reactors, we manipulate the molecule chains to be able to transform them into convertible and non-convertible gas that we liquefy afterwards. We have petroleum products which are 10 in number including gasoline, kerosene, fuel, diesel, gas, grease…

Non-polluting petroleum products, ie very low in sulfur and especially in ppm. For example: The diesel obtained is alternative and clean, -0.02 sulfur content and 5 ppm. The European standard being 10 ppm. Thus plastic will no longer be waste but rather a resource, the raw material in this transformation.
challenge

The inventor of the process, Dr Kida Modibo Kane, registered the patent at OMPIC/WIPO in Switzerland hyperlink (https://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/detail.jsf?docId=MA128924315&_cid=P10-LK4034-54061-1) Publication number: MA 34034 and the products obtained have undergone the required regulatory analyzes at the petroleum products analysis laboratory of the Ministry of Mines, in Casablanca, and have been recognized as compliant with the standards with the added bonus of their low CO2 content. That’s the solution. We effectively contribute to the world without carbon and zero waste.

Sustainability & Circular Economy

SYCO, a company committed to the circular economy, is positioning itself as a leader in building a circular economy for plastic, offering a concrete solution to increase the efficient use of resources while reducing emissions.

The innovative approach consists of recovering low-value plastic waste, previously destined for incineration, and reintroducing it into the production cycle, thus giving it a new life as products with greater added value.

Their business model is truly sustainability-oriented, with energy-efficient converting processes that transform mixed plastic waste into high-quality consumer-ready products.

However, SYCO is not resting on its laurels. The company continues its efforts to continuously improve its sustainability profile. The vision for the future includes the construction of new factories, all of which meet the highest sustainability standards, and the aim is to achieve climate-neutral and waste-free production.

The recycling and transformation of plastic waste into non-polluting synthetic fuel by SYCO makes a significant contribution in three key areas:

Sustainability and respect for the environment

By recycling plastic already produced and used, SYCO replaces the need to extract new raw materials from virgin fossil oil and gas, contributing to a sustainable circular economy where waste becomes a valuable resource.

Reduction of emissions

Recycling and processing plastic waste further reduces the carbon footprint compared to incineration. This process not only avoids the emissions associated with incineration, but also reduces the demand for new carbon-based petroleum products.

Energy independence

SYCO stands out by transforming low-quality plastic waste into high-quality petroleum products, meeting the highest safety standards.

SYCO is positioning itself as a patent-proven scientific pioneer in building a circular economy for plastics, leveraging its technology to transform plastic waste into high-value synthetic petroleum products, while helping to reduce CO2 emissions and the preservation of natural resources.

Commitment to innovation and sustainability puts them at the forefront of solutions to address today’s plastic waste management challenges and shape a more sustainable future for our planet.
